Katherine L. Templado, LICSW

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker who has been in practice for over 10 years. I am a graduate of Boston University School of Social Work, and have a Certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice for Adults through Boston College. I have a background in support and stabilization for children and families in the community and as an in home therapist. I am passionate about helping children, youths, and adults discover their own potential, self-worth, and values. I primarily focus on the relationships between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Exploring these connections can lead to healthy new paths in the journey of self-healing and self-discovery. I use humor and storytelling in my practice to highlight new and creative ways to approach how we think about solving problems and finding balance. I am an avid fan of science fiction and fantasy in books, video games, and role playing games. I have a love of animals, and occasionally, one of my cats or my dog may stop in to say hello.
